INFLORESCENCE PROCESSING ESTABLISHMENT

4,000 M2 FOR INFLORESCENCE PROCESSING, COMPLYING WITH PHARMACEUTICAL STANDARDS.
In the Inflorescence Processing Facility, cannabis flowers are cleaned, trimmed, and dried for conditioning and subsequent storage under suitable conditions for preservation.
Within the plant, we have environments suited to the level of pharmaceutical quality requirements that each stage of the process demands and with the necessary equipment to work on a large scale with high volumes of plant material, allowing us to comply with different handling and conditioning standards (GMP – GACP).
HERE THE FOLLOWING PROCESSES TAKE PLACE:

PREPARATION
Receiving plant material and assembling trays.

COLD DRYING
A process that seeks to gradually reduce the moisture content of the plant material without affecting the organoleptic characteristics of the inflorescences.
We have 24 drying chambers that comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.

DESTALLING
Process that consists of separating inflorescences from stems with specific machinery called BUCKERS.
We also perform manual destemming, depending on the purpose of the inflorescence.

TRIMMING
Fine manicure that consists of removing leaves and impurities from the inflorescences with specific machinery called a TRIMMIADORA.

CURED
Second stage of the drying process: seeks to decrease moisture as the terpenes finish maturing.

PACKING
The inflorescences are placed in pharmaceutical-grade packaging, ensuring their proper preservation and transport. Each container is labeled with its corresponding internal traceability code.
In addition, samples are taken for batch release: Cannabinoids, Heavy Metals, Terpenes, Microbiologicals, Pathogenic Microorganisms, Organoleptic and Botanical Characteristics, Loss on drying, etc.
